Customer Reviews
Great deal on a new radiator
I was looking for a new vertical designer radiator and found Elegant Showers had a good sale on. I managed to get an anthracite one at a really decent price, which was a nice saving compared to other sites I checked. The delivery was straightforward, and it arrived well-packaged. For a first-time purchase, I felt like I got good value for my money, which was important to me. I'd definitely check their sales again next time I need something for the bathroom.
Decent value on a shower tray
I was looking for a new square shower tray and checking prices everywhere. Elegant Showers had a slimline shower tray that seemed like a good deal, especially with a small first order discount I found. The tray arrived well-protected and feels solid, not flimsy at all. It fit perfectly where my old one was. I felt like I got good value for my money without breaking the bank, which was my main goal.
Good value, minor snag with delivery
I ordered a sliding shower door and a rectangular shower tray for my bathroom renovation. The quality of both items seems really good for the price I paid, and they look great installed. The website was easy enough to navigate to find what I needed. My main critique is that the delivery window was quite broad, and the driver called an hour before arrival, which made it a bit rushed to get home. It wasn't a huge deal but a tighter window or more notice would be better. Overall, I'm satisfied with the purchase and the value.
Absolutely love my new mirror!
I just had to share how much I love the LED bathroom mirror I got from Elegant Showers! It's an illuminated mirror with a shaver socket and it's just perfect. The light is bright but not harsh, and having the socket right there is super convenient. Delivery was quicker than I expected too, arrived two days earlier than the tracking said. I will definitely shop here again, and I've already told my sister about it for her bathroom reno!
Got a nice mirror
Needed a new mirror for the bathroom and saw they had some cool LED ones. I picked up an illuminated mirror with a shaver socket. It looks really sleek, way better than my old plain one. Shipping was faster than I thought actually, arrived two days earlier than the tracking said. It was a bit heavy to unbox by myself but my husband helped. Easy to hang up though. Happy with it.
Good quality, delivery a bit slow
I ordered a frameless shower screen last month. The quality of the glass and fittings was really good, felt sturdy and well-made. Installation was straightforward enough for my plumber. The delivery took about 8 business days, which was a little longer than I'd hoped for, especially since the tracking didn't update consistently. It wasn't a huge issue, but something to keep in mind if you're on a tight schedule. Overall, for the price, I'm satisfied with the product itself.
Reliable as always
This was my third purchase from Elegant Showers, and they were consistent. I needed a new thermostatic rainfall shower for a bathroom refresh. The item arrived in good condition, well-packaged, and the estimated delivery window was accurate. I've always found their product descriptions to be very helpful and accurate, which is why I keep coming back. No surprises, just a solid experience like my previous orders for a vanity unit and a radiator.
